Who manages the data

What data is processed

When you open the website, the systems needed to publish it may receive your IP address, the date and time of the request, the requested page and technical information about your browser and device. This data is used to deliver the pages and protect the service.

The website is prepared for publication on Register.it, WePanel hosting. Its code does not include Google Analytics, advertising pixels, contact forms or embedded maps. Any statistics generated by the hosting service must be checked against the actual configuration.

Purposes and legal basis

• Operation and security: keeping the website available, responding to technical requests and preventing abuse. The intended legal basis is Lake Srl’s legitimate interest in maintaining a functioning and secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Hosting statistics: any use of log-based reports, the processing methods and the legal basis are to be checked in the WePanel configuration before this notice is finalised.

Technical data must be transmitted to display the website; visitors are not asked to complete a form.

When you email us

If you write to parcheggiocentrocomo@gmail.com, Lake Srl receives your email address and any data you include in the message or attachments. This data is used to handle your enquiry. Please avoid sending unnecessary information.

The mailbox is accessed only by Lake Srl and by people authorised by the controller who support its administrative management or help answer enquiries. Messages and attachments are kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and, as a general rule, for no longer than 24 months after it is closed. They are then deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is needed to comply with legal obligations, respond to an authority or establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

Lake Srl does not independently transfer messages internationally or disclose them to other parties for their own purposes. The mailbox is operated through Gmail: Google may process technical data and content under its terms, privacy information and the safeguards applicable to the service, including through infrastructure or providers located in other countries. Any international processing connected with the email service therefore derives from the service provider and is not a transfer arranged directly by Lake Srl.

Cookies and external services

This website’s code does not set profiling or advertising cookies. Any technical cookies set by Register.it’s infrastructure must be checked on the final domain.

When you select a language, the website stores only the language code in your browser’s local storage (localStorage, key pcc-language). The website code does not send this value to the server or use it for profiling. It has no automatic expiry; you can remove it by clearing the website’s browser data. The website does not force redirects based on this preference.

The directions buttons and Google Maps links open the external service only when selected. From that point, the provider’s privacy information applies. Page images are hosted on this website.

Strictly necessary cookies do not require prior consent. The cookies actually set by the hosting platform will be checked again before the final version.

Retention, providers and transfers

The intended hosting provider is Register.it, WePanel service. The provider’s technical processing must be checked against the contract applicable to the specific account.

Log retention periods, statistics activation and any retention, contractual roles, the location of this specific hosting space and any international transfers: to be confirmed with Register.it before final publication.

Your rights

Where provided for by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

Where applicable, you may also request data portability and withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
